Responsibilities

  • Understands the local market and local competition;
  • Create a personal sales plan for the development of business and the respect of the sales quota;
  • Market Vortex solutions to potential customers using various sales methods depending on the situation;
  • Tailor the sales pitch to specific audiences, using material provided by Vortex;
    Educate the market (customers and key influencers) on the Vortex experience;
    Follow up on leads & respond to tenders;
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with clients;
  • Act as a consultant to clients in the design of Vortex experiences, maximizing play value while meeting client needs and budget;
  • Provides team members with the detailed scope and needs of a project;
    Collaborates with the internal sales team and project designers to prepare compelling proposals;
  • Manage projects from initial meeting and design to purchase, working with Vortex team and clients;
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge;
  • Updates the CRM with all the relevant information for the opportunities;
    Attends appropriate project meetings;
  • Visits the site as needed;
  • Keeps the Vortex team informed of project developments;

Experience and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales;
  • Experience with responding to tenders;
  • Experience in the leisure infrastructure industry is an asset.
